This project enhanced Primary Care Connect's capacity to meet the multi-faceted adult learning needs of students undertaking regional and remote clinical placements. In particular, this project created a contemporary, integrated work environment that enabled students to confidently negotiate clinical placements in a manner that best optimised their learning experience, whilst maximising their capacity to undertake placement projects and/or provide holistic health outcomes for clients across Greater Shepparton and the Shires of Moira and Strathbogie.
