Nursing and Midwifery Graduate Transition to Practice Programs Guidelines 2018
Transition to practice programs provide a supportive environment in which nursing and midwifery graduates can consolidate and further develop their knowledge, skills and competence, and offer a platform for developing safe, confident and accountable professionals.
